Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices in People, People Management and Talent Management as well as the development of culture. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years' experience. She has worked with leaders in diverse industries in order to enhance business performance, specifically during rapid growth. She has been a trusted adviser who has helped to translate corporate goals and strategies into business and people strategy through engaging employees and managing change. She is passionate about learning, and believes that developing team and leadership as the ultimate competitive advantage. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leaders, and coaching them to achieve evidence-based results. This experience helped create organizations that were characterized by innovative learning practices and the capacity to adapt. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to devote her time and talent in helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she currently provides support for a variety of non-profit organizations in her free time. These include being an member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women grow as leaders, and providing leadership training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association located in North America with the specific mission to provide training in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at hotels in the healthcare industry and also supporting Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization dedicated to reversing the addiction crisis in the United States in educating communities to support those who are impacted by the disease of addiction.
