Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is popular for her portrayal of Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the late 1960s. The stage debut of her career started in the 1950s, with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. Then she performed in a variety of Broadway productions before making it huge in the national theater arena with Li'lAbner's in 1957. Her first music album called It's time for Tina in the same year. Her first appearance in Hollywood was in the role of Griselda In God's Little Acre, a 1958 romantic drama. It received wide reviews. Louise won the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the year category. She attended Actors Studio, New York in the same time and was Lee Strasberg's pupil. The role that she was most famous for came through in 1964 when she was signed by CBS for the role of Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise was able to balance her acting career successfully with a variety of roles between Broadway TV and Hollywood performing somber characters contrasted to her perception of an attractive model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. Stargate: SG-1 Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. In recent times she's made her mark as a director of various popular TV shows such as Supernatural or The 100. Born in Essex on the 28th of August, 1965. She and her family relocated to Toronto at the age of three in the following years, where she lived in the adolescent years and childhood. Her home was in Vancouver following her selection for the role of Samantha Carter.
